Additional requirements include: Current American Heart Association BLS certification (or) obtained within 90 days after hire date.   Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date.   Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date.   Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.   Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.   Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing     Department/Unit Summary   33 bed unit 5-6 Patient Ratio (Days) 6 Nurses and 3 C N A's with the same Ratio for night shift   About our Health System Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital is a 295 bed hospital located in Somerset, Kentucky,   and is part of Lifepoint Health , a diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier with acute care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health facilities from coast to coast.
