Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in a Gero-Psych unit• Perform therapeutic measures prescribed by the physician• Document patient care given• Assist patients with activities of daily living• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines• Provide patient/family education• Advocate for patient's well-being• Complete required education and training• Work effectively as a team member• Follow organizational expectations
Requirements
• Graduate of a Program in Discipline - RN• Tennessee Licensed RN or compact state license• Basic Life Support (BLS) required or within 6 months of hire• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
