Responsibilities
• Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, assessments, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.• Document patient care given.• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to care team, physician, patient, and family.• Assist patients with activities of daily living.• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate patient care.• Evaluate learning needs of patient and provide appropriate education.• Advocate for patient's well-being.• Complete required education and courses.
Requirements
• Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.• Ability to work with minimal supervision.• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.• Graduate of a Program in Discipline - RN required.• Tennessee Licensed RN or compact state license.• Behavioral Health experience preferred.
