TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Oncology RN in Denver, Colorado, 80218 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Bone Marrow Transplant/ICU Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00-07:00 Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Registered Nurse (RN) Certifications: ACLS; Chemotherapy Certification; BMTCN and/or OCN preferred Must-Have: Oncology experience Job Description: - Provide exceptional care in a 37-bed bone marrow transplant unit. - Work collaboratively within a team of 82 nurses and 7 patient care technicians. - Ensure patient safety and high-quality care with a patient ratio of 3:1. - Utilize Alaris Pumps and Meditech electronic medical records. - Administer chemotherapy and manage neutropenic fever protocols, including blood culture draws and IV medications. - Maintain a positive attitude and foster a strong culture of teamwork. - Engage in innovative CAR-T research, contributing to the development of potential cures for blood cancers. - Join a supportive and passionate team dedicated to helping patients overcome cancer.
