Currently we are seeking a new Registered Nurse (RN) Region Manager in the state of Wisconsin.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic RN with management experience, not afraid to work and be flexible with scheduling to achieve goal and job outcomes.
They will have oversight of assigned jail medical units in the state of Wisconsin working with our nurse teams, Sheriffs and Jail Administrators to further develop on-site medical programs with their jails.
While this is a management position, there will be requirements for shift coverage.
Travel will be required, with overnight stays at times.
Correctional Nursing Experience a plus --- this is an excellent opportunity for a jail/prison nurse looking for more opportunity.

Basic duties and responsibilities – working within a correctional healthcare environment; delivering patient care and training medical staff for contracted services; problem-solving; requires great communication skills.
