TravelNurseSource is working with Infojini Healthcare to find a qualified OR RN in Espanola, New Mexico, 87532 Pay Information $2,197 per week About The Position ID: 51927194 Shift: Days 10/12 Varied Description: 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS - Please only submit candidates that area aware of their submission to our facility. Please do not allow candidates to contact facility. Please only submit candidates with an active NM or compact license. Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after theacceptance date will not be approved. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment. Circulator RN Large OR experience required; Ortho, EENT, and/or vascular experience a plus. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. CERTIFICATIONS: BLS required. PALS and ACLS preferred. BLS, (ACLS, and PALS if obtained) must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Candidate must be able to scrub. SHIFT: days 0700-1530 Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekends(2 per month), on call (15 days per month), and holidays required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. ORIENTATION: First week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training (Epic test out available, if has used Epic in last six months) SCRUBS: Required provided Additional Information:NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024) 1. Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position. 2. State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico. 4. ENSURE AN ACCURATE SS and DOB IS ENTERED.
