TravelNurseSource is working with All Medical Personnel to find a qualified Other RN in Fayetteville, Arkansas, 72701 Pay Information $15 to $40 per hour About The Position Specialty : Clinical Team Nurse / GYN/Women's Clinic Nurse Job Description Triages emergency and non-emergency phone calls and walk-inpatients providing appropriate direction. Documents according to clinic policy and procedures. Directs patient flow. Assists other staff in need of assistance to maintain patient flow. Assists providers with treatments and procedures as directed. Assesses the patient's condition and learning needs in regards to health care. Utilizes teach back method to provide necessary patient education. Performs and documents basic patient history, treatments, and administered medications appropriately. Administers prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the provider following policies and procedures. May obtain vital signs and perform routine functions to prepare patients for examinations or procedures. Maintains accurate EMR and reports to the provider any pertinent information regarding patient's condition and care. Reviews patient's records and other pertinent information, takes appropriate action. Keeps providers informed of changes in assignments or patient flow that will affect working conditions. Cooperates with other health care personnel to coordinate patient care and establish mutual goals. Notifies patient by telephone or certified mail of any abnormal test results as directed by provider. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. 1 -2 years clinical experience preferred. 1 year of gynecological health experience preferred Current and valid State nurse's license. Current and valid CPR card.
