QUALIFICATIONS Nursing: 1 year (Required) Home Health Care: 1 year (Required) RN License (Required) Oasis Experience (Required) Medicare Home Health (Required) Benefits Pay: $52.00 - $100.00 per visit Responsibilities Start of Care Oasis Assessments Wound Care Medication management Catheter care Infusions Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
