In this position, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, continuously monitor vital signs, and ensure patient comfort while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to facilitate effective treatment plans. You will be responsible for administering medications, maintaining accurate documentation, and educating patients and families about their care.
