Key Responsibilities :
Utilize effective interviewing techniques; set limits and collect data based on the specific role. Demonstrate nursing knowledge and skills in implementing preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care. Use oral and written communications to convey pertinent information to healthcare team members timely. Maintain awareness of patient comfort and safety needs. Observe patients, record significant conditions and reactions, and notify the supervisor or Physician of the patient's condition and reactions to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents. Communicate and collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, third parties, patients, and families. Utilize principles of the nursing process for data collection, planning, and evaluation of nursing care. Respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols. Schedule and Shift Details :

This position is a private duty role, not a traditional home-to-home health visit, with the nurse stationed at one patient's home for the duration of each shift. Experience in specialties such as Dermatology, Obstetrics/Labor & Delivery, Urology, Cardiology, Urgent Care, Psychiatry, Dialysis, and School Nursing will not be considered.
