**Description** ** _Summary:_**Provides professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients.Prepares equipment and assists physician during examinations and treatments.Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, andmonitors patient vital signs. Observes and maintains records on patient care,condition, reaction, and progress.A5 is a 27-bed cardiac medical-surgical telemetry unit. We primarily care formedical-surgical patients with a diagnosis that consists of medical issuessuch as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiac issues such as congestive heartfailure.
