The RN Clinical Staff Leader is responsible for assisting in supervising nursing staff; for providing leadership and orientation to nursing personnel; and for performing a variety of nursing duties in order to coordinate the delivery of care to patients.The RN Clinical Staff Leader (CSL) is a fundamental managerial role within Penn State Health, responsible for ensuring the delivery of, safe, effective, high-quality patient care while fostering a culture of excellence within the nursing team. The CSL will be actively involved in clinical care delivery while also assuming leadership responsibilities to support the achievement of optimal patient outcomes. This role requires a combination of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
