Rn (Registered Nurse) Coordinator

RN (Registered Nurse) Coordinator  Join our team as an RN Coordinator, where you will supervise the clinical operations of all nursing floors in the absence of the Nurse Manager and/or Director of Nursing, and assume administrative responsibilities for the Center in the absence of executive administrative personnel. This role involves making clinical rounds to ensure appropriate nursing care, supporting charge nurses, ensuring safety and security, assessing and intervening in crisis situations, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. What we are looking for: Must have an active MA RN licenseMinimum 2 years in hospital setting or 3-5 years in long-term care2+ years of leadership experience (charge nurse, supervisor, staffing)Flexibility to work at both Roslindale and Dedham sitesWillingness to educate staff and provide trainingCompetence in nursing skillsAbility to work with all personality typesB.L.S.
