Complete routine and new assessments for residents2. Documenting all care provided into EMAR system3. Administer medications as prescribed, documenting them on MARS4. Provide wound care and necessary treatments as ordered5. Communicate with and Supervise CNA's on shift6. Communicate with physicians and providers about care needs and changes in care.7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.8.
