**Description** _Summary:_ The RN 1 Act MedSg A Winnsboro Tyler A is responsible for patient assessment,patient care planning, and provision of quality nursing care to an assignedgroup of patients for a defined work period. Provides professional nursingcare for the comfort and well-being of patients. Prepares equipment andassists physician during examinations and treatments. Administers prescribedmedications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, and monitors patient vitalsigns. Observes and maintains records on patient care, condition, reaction,and progress. Provide direct care through compassion, excellence andefficiency. Adhere to American Nurses Association Code of Ethics for NursesEvaluate own practice in relation to professional practice standards andguidelines, relevant statutes, rules and regulation._Requirements:_Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
