(Rn) Risk Claims Manager (Onsite - Not Remote)

The role of the Risk Claims Manager is to apply his or her critical thinking skills to data and best practices in order to prevent, mitigate and manage institutional liability.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: Four years of related experience. Requires broad knowledge of complex systems and procedures.

Licenses and Certifications

* GEORGIA REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE OR MULTISTATE NURSING LICENSE

Qualifications

* Strong verbal and written communication skills. excellent presentation skills. Team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff, often in sensitive situations. Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to influence changes without direct authority. demonstrates strong negotiation skills. Ability to conduct research on best standards.Knowledge of statistics, data analysis and claims or litigation management. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) or similar products.* Beneficial for the candidate to have a paralegal degree or comparable work experience.
