Responsibilities: - As an RN Night Supervisor, my primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and coordinating nursing staff on night shift.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the nursing team assigned to their individual units.
- Playing a vital role in the Director of Nursing in-training (DONIT) program.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, quality, and efficient patient care.
- Participating in the selection of team members and contributing to company policy development.
- Serving as a charge agent, challenging the status quo, and demanding clinical excellence.
