Rn Supervisor (Sat & Sun/ Am Shift)

*Granada Post Acute is a 99 bed facility seeking an EXPERIENCED PART TIME RN Supervisor to work WEEKENDS. *We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our SNF team. The ideal candidate will oversee the nursing staff on the shift, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to policies and procedures.* Applicant must have experience in a skilled nursing facility and working with Point Click Care.* Applicant must posses a Registered Nursing License in California.*Shift Available:**7 am - 3:30 pm Saturday & Sunday*Duties:- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities (CNA and LVN)- Provide guidance, support, and training to nursing personnel- Monitor patient care to ensure high standards are maintained- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans- Oversee patient admissions, discharges, and transfers- Maintain accurate patient records and documentationSkills:- Proficiency in IV's, wound treatment, care planning and other SNF care- Experience in post acute care, geriatrics, and post surgical care- Knowledge of tube feeding procedures- Understanding of workers' compensation lawsJoin our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients every day!Job Type: Part-timePay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid orientation* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Day shiftExperience:* RN Supervisor (SNF): 3 years (Required)License/Certification:* RN License (Required)Ability to Commute:* Lynwood, CA 90262 (Required)Work Location: In person
