TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Salem, Massachusetts, 01970 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry Job Specialty: Telemetry Nurse Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Rotating Shifts - 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 3 years License: Registered Nurse Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: Ability to read Cardiac Telemetry strips Job Description: - Work in a brand new 24-bed Medical Telemetry Unit. - Manage adult medical patients with a clinician-to-patient ratio of 4-5 patients per RN. - Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system for charting. - Engage in floating as required to support unit needs. - Participate in rotating shifts to cover open night shifts as needed. - Provide compassionate and attentive care to all patients. - Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established protocols.
