Rn Triage – Internal Medicine

We are a fast-paced, expanding Community Health Center looking for a Triage Registered Nurse to join our team and help improve the wellness of our neighbors. Keystone Internal Medicine treats patients that are 18 years of age and older.

Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and provide assistance to patients.Track lab results and diagnoses.Request medical records for new patients.Track referrals and complete authorizations for medications as needed.Assist other nurses when needed.Qualifications: Previous office nursing experience preferred.Knowledge of electronic medical records.Excellent critical thinking skills.Ability to multitask and stay organized.Capability to work independently and in a team setting.Keystone Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center with offices in Chambersburg, PA.
