A career in healthcare remains a strong, steady career, with great opportunities for advancement in the healthcare field.*$10,000 Sign on Bonus!!**Unit Manager*Duties:- Supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals in a nursing home setting- Oversee the delivery of patient care and ensure adherence to quality standards- Coordinate and schedule staff assignments to ensure adequate coverage- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members- Provide guidance and support to staff in the areas of patient care, IV insertion, medication administration, and aseptic technique- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff- Utilize electronic medical record systems such as Epic to document patient information accuratelyExperience:- Active License in the State of New Jersey (LPN or RN)- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, including IV insertion, medication administration, and aseptic technique- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team of healthcare professionals- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for qualified candidates.
