You will: Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain nursing objectives and standards of care. Act as a clinical and managerial resource, fostering positive changes and improvements in care delivery. Conduct daily rounds, addressing resident care needs and clinical responsibilities when necessary. Ensure accurate, high-quality documentation and monitor compliance with nursing policies and procedures. Participate in resident care conferences and maintain open communication with residents, families, staff, and physicians. What You ll Bring Licensure: Current RN license in Iowa. Certification: CPR certification required. Experience: Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred. At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in geriatric nursing.
