Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Assessment (QAA) Committee to enhance care standards and outcomes.
Lead infection prevention initiatives and ensure documentation aligns with facility policies.
Provide hands-on nursing care while mentoring and supporting staff to deliver exceptional service.
Maintain open communication with residents, families, physicians, and the care team.
Participate in unit performance improvement programs to continually enhance resident care and satisfaction.
What We re Looking For: Education: Associate s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Active RN license in Ohio.
Experience: Preferred: Long-term care and geriatric nursing experience.
Supervisory experience is a plus (minimum of 1 year).
CPR certification is required.
