Key Responsibilities: As the RN Unit Manager, you ll be a clinical leader and resource for your team, ensuring exceptional care delivery and adherence to nursing standards. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and supervising high-risk care, including wound care, medication administration, and infection control practices. Overseeing infection control documentation and participating in Quality Assurance and Assessment (QAA) committees. Communicating effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Mentoring staff, driving performance improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence. Maintaining compliance with all educational, clinical, and regulatory standards. What You Bring: Education: Associate s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing. Licensure: Active RN license in the state of Ohio. Experience: Preferably 1+ years in a supervisory role. Long-term care experience is a plus! Certification: Current CPR certification.
