Rate of Pay: USD $40.00 - USD $47.00 /Hr. -: What You'll Bring: Qualifications of a Unit Manager include: RN license in the state of New York Advanced degree or certification preferred Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment -: We Hire for Heart!
