TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Wound/Ostomy RN in Honolulu, Hawaii, 96817 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Wound Care, Ostomy Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8-hour day shift (variable start times) Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 5 years License: Must have an active RN license prior to starting the contract Certifications: Certified in Wound/Ostomy Care Must-Have: Active RN license and certification in Wound/Ostomy Care Job Description: - Provide specialized nursing care for patients with wound and ostomy needs. - Develop and implement individualized patient care plans. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Educate patients and their families on wound and ostomy management. - Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. - Maintain accurate patient records using the Cerner EMR system. - Adhere to established nursing and healthcare standards and practices. - Deliver exceptional patient care with attention to safety and quality. Additional Information: - Holiday pay policy is applicable based on shift start times. - No requirement for previous affiliation with specific health systems. - Orientation hours will be provided. - Trauma Level 3 facility with a bed size range of 150-500.
