Summary: The Rock City Leadership Residency is a paid internship designed to help develop potential Rock City leaders into permanent staff roles here at Rock City Church. (Staff roles are not guaranteed upon completion.) Residents will have the opportunity to develop under some of the best leaders in ministry and work in a team environment that encourages personal, professional, and spiritual growth. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals exploring their career options in ministry.
