Our ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in construction operations and reliable as this is a crucial position to the success of our organization. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with construction codes and specificationsProvide expertise in your specific focus area specifically in Roofing replacement to ensure the highest quality workCollaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to address issues and provide constructive feedbackRequirements: RRO certification preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of relevant construction codes and regulations5+ years of experience related to TPO and BURValid driver's license with clean driving recordStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work in a construction environmentAbility to repeatedly lift heavy equipment up to 50lbs.Eligible for overtime, including off-shift hours and weekends.
