Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Project Manager to join our team. As a Roofing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of roofing projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality roofing projects on time and within budget.
*This is a commission-based sales position on a 10-99 without benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage roofing projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, insurance adjusters and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits to assess project scope and identify any potential challenges
- Estimate project costs and create detailed proposals for clients
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for projects
- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and senior management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
Non-essential Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Roofing Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols
