You will teach and implement our six-step sales strategies, set clear objectives, and monitor progress to ensure targets are met. \n Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesHybrid role acts as "player coach" with individual selling responsibility while leading and mentoring the sales teamLead a team of roofing sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure that team members are meeting or exceeding sales targets.Facilitate weekly training for the team members focusing on all aspects of the WE CARE sales system.Co-travel one time per month with each team member and provide feedback via the feedback form.Provide daily/weekly validation of WE CARE sales system.Daily - Appointment review for pictures, videos (roof and attic) and call disposition.Weekly - Review of call disposition and A/R and follow up.Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that drive revenue growth via the We CARE system.Model the Bone Dry Experience process with all internal and external customers.Monitor sales performance and provide reports to senior management as requested.In the event of severe weather (wind, hail etc.) STL is responsible to ensure proper coverage of all appointments including weekends.Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment on sales objectives and margins.Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that all sales activities are properly tracked and documented in the CRM system.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape.Other duties as assigned by manager QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience, preferred, in roofing sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of the roofing industry, including products, services, and market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Willingness to travel as needed.
