Who you are: As a Service Manager, you are responsible for service operations in our San Antonio branch.  This position will be required to hire, develop and lead service crews to ensure timely, cost-effective service to our customers.  Running the safe operation of all service personnel while delivering acceptable gross margins within the branch. 
As Service Manager, leadership and communication are required to ensure team effectiveness between Service and other Simon Roofing divisions as well as directly responsible for growing the local sales volume of the branch.
What you'll do: Customer relations Service Sales growth and new local account growth Work order completion Manage service response times Training and development of assigned branch Supervise two to four service crews Sales Be able to safely ascend/descend frequently up to a 40 ft. ladder. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work in outdoor weather conditions. What you'll need: Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry 2 years of sales experience Basic knowledge of computers including Office and Adobe Acrobat Must have the ability to calculate figures and be able to apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry Driver's License High school diploma, or equivalent.
