Requirements
We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.
We are looking for someone that has great communication skills, bilingual, and displays the following values, respect, collaboration, integrity, leadership, passion, consistency, teamwork.
As a Room Attendant III, you will provide daily housekeeping service to guest rooms, inspection of rooms and work area, customer service to guests, restocking of supplies and to report any repairs or special cleaning needs.
1.
Room attendant III is directly responsible for the day-to-day key processes in his/her area of work.
2.
Prepare work caddy with supplies ensuring proper chemicals and tools are in hand.
3.
Review daily room assignments, making notes of VIPs, departure times, turns, and special requests.
4.
Clean guest rooms following the established procedures and CIVANA standards.
5.
Anticipate guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction.
Offers a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.
6.
Restock amenities and food and beverage items.
7.
Ensure lights, radio and TV are in working order and report any maintenance concerns.
8.
Report any HSKP concerns (dirty carpets, stains etc).
9.
Report any missing items from rooms e.g.
bathrobes, soap dishes etc.
10.
Responsible for inspecting and releasing assigned guest rooms for arrival.
11.
Turn in and report any lost and found items immediately to supervisor.
12.
Place any F&B dishes, glasses into the appropriate containers.
13.
Keep assigned work area, hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed, pick up any trash on the grounds and follow proper recycling procedures.
14.
Complete any special cleaning tasks.
15.
Attend scheduled meetings and training.
16.
Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
17.
Dresses in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times.
18.
Displays a high work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role.
19.
Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests, team members and leadership.
20.
Assumes training responsibilities when required; demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role model.
21.
Minimum one-year experience in hospitality.
$1,000 Sign On Bonus QUALIFICATIONS

Attention to Detail's
Basic English, writing and speaking skills
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum one-year experience as room attendant or in hospitality
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
