Room Service Server

Provide exceptional in-room dinning experience for our guests. This includes, presentation, table setup, and timely delivery/follow-up. This is a part time position.
Taking guest room service orders over the phone. Set-up and delivery of room service orders to guests. Bussing trays from guest rooms/hallways. G eneral area stocking and clean up. Break-down and set up for next shift. Maintain Kahler Grand standards of Food & Beverage quality and guest service. Other job related duties as assigned including cross training. To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies. Other competencies not listed may be required for specific positions. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong customer service skills. Ability to multi-task. Comfortable with using the computer EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 6 months – 1 year prior serving experience preferred. Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred.
