Responsibilities
• Prepare weekly S3 commission reports• Monitor and publish inventory compliance• Monitor inventory loss• Prepare quarterly reports• Prepare quarterly management bonus data sheet• Compile ticket audit data and prepare reports• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly exception reports• Count route cash receipts and make bank deposits• Support route accounting staff• Assist H&O operations management with licensing and paperwork
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline• Minimum of one year relevant experience• Excellent communication skills• Ability to analyze financial data• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously• Knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and Accounting Software• Preference given to candidates with SAP experience
