As a Roving Construction Technician at Global Integrity Realty Corp., you will be an integral part of our property maintenance and renovation team.
This role involves performing a variety of tasks to support construction and renovation projects across our managed properties.

Key Responsibilities: General Construction Support: Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
Handle and organize materials, tools, and equipment as required for various projects.
Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, in their tasks.
Demolition: Safely and efficiently demolish or remove existing structures, fixtures, and materials as directed.
Dispose of debris and waste materials in accordance with regulations.
Renovation and Repair: Perform minor repairs and renovations, such as drywall installation, painting, and minor carpentry work.
Assist with the installation of fixtures and appliances.
Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
Ensure materials are transported safely and efficiently to and from work sites.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and report any safety concerns.
Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning up debris, tools, and equipment.
Dispose of waste and debris properly and in accordance with company policies.
Reporting: Keep accurate records of work performed, hours worked, and materials used.
Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding progress and any issues that may arise.
Adherence to Regulations: Comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and property management policies.
Stay informed about best practices in construction and renovation.
Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
Must be willing and able to travel throughout portfolio as needed.
Knowledge of basic construction and renovation processes.
Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Safety-conscious mindset and the ability to identify and report safety hazards.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and operate power tools.
