We are looking for a talented RPA Business Analyst to join our team and work on a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) project in the B2B industry digital marketing.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field; At least 3 years of experience as an RPA Developer, with exposure to business analysis tasks preferred; Proficiency with RPA tools like UiPath and familiarity with automation processes; Experience creating and documenting requirements (business, user, system, transition); Knowledge of process modeling standards like BPMN and tools like Jira; Basic understanding of AI principles and practices; Russian or Ukrainian proficiency is a must; At least B2 level of English. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; Clear communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders; Attention to detail with the ability to present complex information simply. Responsibilities: Automation Development:
Design and implement RPA workflows to improve business processes; Develop test cases and criteria to assess automated solutions. Business Analysis:
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for RPA projects; Analyze existing processes to identify RPA opportunities in digital marketing; Develop user stories and functional specifications; Conduct ROI analysis and metrics tracking for automation projects. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and manage expectations; Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Knowledge Sharing:
Create training materials for RPA solutions; Support organizational understanding of RPA implementations.
