RPA Business Analyst Employment Type: Direct Hire Location: Downtown Chicago (On-site) OR Omaha, NE Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Tues, Weds, & Thurs The RPA Business Analyst's primary focus will be to help streamline business operations by developing automated solutions for existing manual processes.
Additionally, they'll play a key role in addressing evolving business challenges by implementing innovative automation strategies.
You will: Analyze & document current business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather & validate business requirements for automation projects.
Develop detailed process documentation, including process maps, workflows, & business requirements.
Work closely with automation developers to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct feasibility studies & impact analyses for potential automation projects.
Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of various automation solutions.
Monitor & evaluate the performance of implemented automation solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
Provide training & support to end-users and stakeholders on automated processes.
Stay current with the latest automation tools & best practices to continuously improve process automation.
You will need: UiPath Automation Business Analyst Professional Certification Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) & UiPath.
Strong understanding of business process analysis &optimization techniques.
Knowledge of UiPath platform components and RPA best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in creating process documentation & business requirements
