Junior RPA Developer Remote JOB DESCRIPTION The CATT RPA Developer assists in Service Delivery Automation, Data Analysis & Visualizations, Rapid Application Development, and Engagement Support Services.
To execute their area of responsibility, this role collaborates with staff, product teams, IT, other functional areas within the broader firm, and field offices to ensure we achieve the vision cohesively and effectively.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES Works with more senior RPA developers and designers to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs and challenges that may be resolved with automation solution(s).
Collaborates with RPA team members to prioritize technical and functional requirements and maintenance activities.
Drafts models and requirements.
Documents automation procedures for handoff to business team(s) responsible for ongoing maintenance activities.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree (preference given to Business or Technology or Accounting major).
Relevant Certifications (Alteryx Core, Microsoft PL900, PL100, PL200, UiPath Automation Developer Associate) or equivalent experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS 1-2 years' experience on a software delivery team, with a focus on low-code/no-code platforms (required).
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI (preferred).
Experience with designing and implementing complex solutions using Alteryx, Power Platform and/or UiPath (preferred).
Experience with integrating automation solutions with other systems and applications (preferred).
Experience with the implementation and integration of APIs (preferred).
Experience using programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script (preferred).
Experience with SQL databases (preferred).
Strong organization and time management skills (required).
Experience with Agile development methodologies (preferred).
Self-disciplined to work in a virtual, agile, globally sourced team (required).
Prior public accounting experience with mid to large size firm(s) or other professional services experience (preferred).
