About the role We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with experience in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to join our fully in-person team at Contrast.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline operations for our customers.
What you'll do: Develop and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath to automate repetitive tasks.
Collaborate with the technology team to ensure RPA solutions meet the needs of the product.
Write and maintain code for RPA processes, ensuring they are reliable and efficient.
Test and debug RPA solutions to ensure proper functioning and integration with existing systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RPA technology and EHR systems.
Support and gather feedback from medical professionals and other stakeholders.
Requirements: Proven experience with UiPath or similar RPA tools.
Strong understanding of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and workflows.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in RPA (e.g., Python, .NET).
Experience in analyzing, designing, and developing automation solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
A passion for healthcare technology and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
Certifications in UiPath or other RPA tools.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
Compensation: The base compensation range for the role is: $65,000-$80,000 based on leveling and desired cash/equity split.
Philosophically, we lean towards generous equity grants so that our team truly gets to share in the impact they create.
