Job Description: RPA Support Engineer Job Overview We are looking for RPA support engineer for our US delivery team. RPA support engineer will be responsible for maintenance of their RPA bots. As a part of our team you will be responsible for deployment, minor bug fixes and , maintenance of bots in a large automation anywhere environment. Responsibilities Understand the business process and technical structure of the bots Support and maintain bot schedules Deploy bots from dev to UAT to prod Participate in bot review and handover activities Act as trusted advisor on RPA while liaising with business and delivery team   Requirements Experience and certifications on leading RPA product like Automation Anywhere 2+ years of extensive experience in system or bot support 1+ year of experience in building and deploying bots Experience with managing Bot infrastructure like Bot runners, Bot IDs, Applications that bots access. Excellent communication skills
