We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Increment (PI) Planning Facilitator/Manager to lead and coordinate Program Increment Planning events and ensure alignment across teams with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving successful execution of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and fostering collaboration among teams to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Organize and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions, ensuring alignment between teams and business objectives.Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to define clear PI objectives and deliverables.Monitor progress during the PI cycle, track dependencies, and address risks and impediments.Support teams in maintaining alignment with the overall roadmap and program vision.Act as a liaison between teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.Foster a culture of transparency and accountability by promoting visibility into team progress and program health.Continuously evaluate and improve the PI planning process to enhance efficiency and team engagement.Implement best practices for Agile frameworks and program execution.Track and report on PI progress, ensuring KPIs and objectives are met.Prepare and present program updates to leadership and stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in facilitating PI Planning and managing Agile Release Trains.Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Agile tools (Jira, Rally, etc.).Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), or equivalent certification preferred.Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
