You will be the driving force behind ensuring every HopSkipDrive passenger gets in the car with a fully vetted and qualified CareDriver. You'll be ready to roll up your sleeves to help enhance the most productive and most caring community of drivers in the world. You'll work on the front lines to maintain a healthy marketplace by ensuring compliance to increase the readiness of CareDrivers and future CareDrivers to support demand in multiple markets. You have an intense drive and work ethic, a passion for our brand and our mission, and a get-things-done attitude.  Your Primary Responsibilities & QualificationsRequest, review and verify submitted compliance documentsPause, reactivate and offboard CareDriversProcess CareDriver profile changesEnsure local business licenses are maintainedUtilize continuous monitoring systems to enroll & un-enroll CareDriversProcess CareDriver advanced qualification documentationPartner with Operations Associates to prioritize efforts where drivers are needed most.1+ years of Operations experience at a high-growth company.Drive to excel in everything you do.Excellent communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and remotely.Proficiency in Excel, Word and Google Docs a plus.
