We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Safety Manager to join our team for an exciting project in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Job Title: Construction Safety Manager
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Project Duration: 18 months
Employment Type: 1099 Contractor
Compensation:
• Hourly Rate: $47-$49 per hour
• Completion Bonus: $150 per month
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction safety management, preferably with multi-trade familiarity.
• Minimum OSHA 30.
OSHA 500 and/or BCSP (CHST, STS-C, ASP, CSP) certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industry safety standards, federal regulations, and best practices in construction safety.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong public speaking and training abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive safety inspections and employee orientations on the job site.
• Develop and implement safety training programs to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company protocols.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations for all site employees and subcontractors.
• Maintain and review all safety-related documentation, ensuring thorough record-keeping.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety risks before they become issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters, providing expert guidance to project management and field personnel.
• Additional EHS-related tasks as needed based on your skills and certifications.
