Must Have: Experience with Identity management concepts such as: single sign-on (SSO), data management, identity federation, enterprise directory architecture and design, including directory schema, directory services, namespace and replication topology experience, resource provisioning, and process integration Business Analyst experience such as requirements gathering and working with diverse IT teams to document operational procedures Ability to articulate and understand technical architecture of integrating identity management, access management and access governance software with infrastructure and applications Experience with role-based access control, access request and certification, user life cycle management processes, and organizational change management Maintaining or configuring SailPoint platform Excellent written and verbal communications skills Experience working in a team environment and being a strong team player, working in a distributed team environment Strong analyst skills; gathering/documenting requirements and workflows Roles & Responsibilities: Provide expertise in the analysis, development, implementation, and monitoring of identity lifecycle management and user access provisioning Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate identity and access management processing and to improve the AE SailPoint solution Works with the SailPoint platform to document current state of implementation and document desired requirements for improvements Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures Identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program
