Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join our Digital Identity Group.
In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful delivery of our IAM Globalization project.
You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in SailPoint Identity Now (IdN), RBAC frameworks, and Microsoft Active Directory to ensure the effective implementation of IAM solutions.
Your role will involve interacting directly with business stakeholders and clients, gathering requirements, and ensuring that solutions align with their needs.
Contract Description:
Successfully onboarded multiple sources into SailPoint IdentityNow, including Salesforce and Active Directory, ensuring seamless integration and synchronization of identity data across platforms. Designed and implemented automated provisioning and de-provisioning workflows, significantly reducing manual intervention and improving operational efficiency. Developed a comprehensive RBAC framework to manage user access rights, enhancing security compliance and minimizing unauthorized access risks. Enabled cloud lifecycle management states for New Hires, Terminations, Transfers, and Attribute sync processes, utilizing SailPoint IdentityNow workflows to automate and streamline identity lifecycle events. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex identity management challenges, delivering tailored solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, including expertise in source onboarding, provisioning, and de-provisioning processes. Proven experience in configuring and managing Salesforce and Active Directory integrations within an identity governance framework. Strong understanding of RBAC principles and experience in developing and implementing access control frameworks in a corporate environment. Familiarity with cloud lifecycle management concepts and the ability to leverage workflows to automate New Hire, Termination, Transfer, and Attribute sync processes. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and execute solutions that enhance identity governance and streamline identity management operations.
