Role: SailPoint Operations Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States (Onsite) Job Type: Fulltime Salary Range - $100,000-$110,000 a year Key Responsibilities: Administer and configure SailPoint identity management solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring high availability. Manage user access requests, certifications, and provisioning workflows. Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure alignment with governance policies. Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure data integrity and security. Develop and maintain documentation related to system processes and procedures. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the SailPoint platform. Qualifications: Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ. Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with SQL, LDAP, or other directory services. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in SailPoint or related identity management technologies. Experience with cloud-based identity solutions. Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
