Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years of age or older
JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation: Master's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be credentialed from national certifying body.
Valid APN license.
Prescribing authority with valid DEA number.
Credentialed Physician Assistants will also be considered.Experience: One year related experience and/or training.Physical: This is a safety sensitive position.
