Description
Interlink is hiring our next Sales Account Executive (which we call a Director of Client Engagement internally) as a hybrid role based in Mason, OH. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you'll be part of a team that values collaboration in supporting our clients' business and technical needs while providing digital transformation using Microsoft's suite of cloud offerings. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building strong client relationships and has a proven history of selling technical services while increasing revenue.
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, develop/upsell new business from existing clients, collaborate between client and internal teams, and actively seek new sales opportunities with provided warm leads. You are a champion for your clients' needs and will nurture meaningful relationships that allow you to identify their business & technical pain points and requirements, develop proposals, and manage their feedback long-term.
Key Responsibilities Present, promote, and sell our consulting services using a win/win approach to existing and prospective customers Create and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and increase market share while achieving sales targets and outcomes; you will need to stay informed on industry trends to effectively anticipate client needs Manage and prioritize client versus business needs by building relationships and proactively collaborating with stakeholders Maximize client experience and satisfaction by actively listening to uncover root causes or unknown customer concerns; follow up by creating timely action plans and coordinate with service delivery leadership Use Microsoft CRM to regularly update and maintain accurate customer data Analyze the territory/market's potential, track opportunities and sales, and status reports; use data to create detailed reports reflecting customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services for leadership team Maintain and develop partnerships with the Microsoft account team Requirements 5+ years of experience selling and negotiating contracts for technical services 5+ years of experience in a client-centric role and a mindset to ask probing questions and strategize the best ways to solve customer needs with our business solutions 2+ years of experience working with concepts and trends of Cloud computing 2+ years using CRMs for accurate client data and reporting 3+ years of experience supporting multiple client accounts simultaneously 3+ years of experience in Office products - especially Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint Fluent business-level English (writing and speaking) Our Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage from day 1 Flexible schedules, 3 weeks of vacation time annually, 7 paid company holidays, and paid birthday off Voluntary supplemental insurances (life, disability, and accident) 401(k) including a company contribution Awarded the 2023 Best Places to Work Winner in Cincinnati by the Business Courier Why Interlink
