The Sales Administrator is responsible for streamlining sales operations and enhancing customer satisfaction while working closely with cross-functional teams. This role will implement all programmatic, creative, and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have worked in sales administration for a B2B SasS Software Company is outgoing, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and can provide best-in-class customer service at all levels. #LI-Remote
\n In this role you will:Generates reports on sales targets, activity, and other related metrics.Research industries, markets, and competitors to identify potential clients and trends. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation.Provides administrative and clerical support to the sales team.Coordinate customer and prospect meetings and events, order processing/entry, record keeping, meeting scheduling, and preparing sales documents.Serve as a liaison between the sales and other departments.Escalate issues, when necessary, to the appropriate internal contacts. We are looking for:Minimum of 3 years of Sales Administration, sales lead generation, or business development experience preferably working for a SasS software company in the healthcare space.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Advanced Excel Skills, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Suite products.Must have Salesforce or similar Sales tool experienceMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally.Team-focused mindset.Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.Strong initiative to address and solve problems.Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Strong organizational and multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentApply independent judgment regarding significant internal/external customer matters.
