Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Analyst with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will utilize Excel and other Microsoft tools to analyze sales data, track market trends, and support business strategy development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and help monitor sales performance against targets. Primary Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting: Use Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools to analyze sales data and generate reports. Learn how to maintain sales dashboards and provide real-time insights to management. Market Research and Trend Analysis: Track market trends and competitor activities. Compare these trends with the company's sales performance to identify growth opportunities. Sales Forecasting and Monitoring: Support the development of sales forecasts based on data and trends. Help monitor performance against targets and learn to recommend adjustments. Adaptability to Ambiguity: Be comfortable working with incomplete data and making educated assumptions. Learn to adapt to changing business environments and provide insights despite uncertainty. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align on strategies. Present findings and recommendations to management with guidance. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in data processes with support from more experienced team members. Learn to automate tasks in Excel and other tools to enhance efficiency. Business Strategy Support: Assist in strategy development by contributing data insights and learning about market trends. Provide support to sales and marketing leadership, with mentorship and guidance. Position Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a related role (internships or academic projects considered).Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Must be highly skilled in advanced Excel functions, including but not limited to pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas, data validation, and conditional formatting. Experience with Excel-based data manipulation and analysis, including creating automated reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to extract actionable insights. Ability to handle large data sets and translate them into easy-to-understand reports and performance metrics. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is a plus, but Excel expertise is essential.
